Irish poet Anne F. O’Reilly was a Creator-in-Residence during Training magazine's Learning Leaders Summit at the Training 2021 Virtual Conference in February 2021. She was joined by choreographer JoAnna Mendl Shaw, creative director of The Equus Projects in New York City, and together they helped participants think differently about the events of 2020 and make new connections about what comes next.
